Park Ridge
All homeowners (except on Flatford) belong to 2 homeowner associations. The Masters Association is comprised of all homeowners within Park ridge. This includes The Crescents (to include the Woods), Colonies, Courts, Gates, Greens, Manors, Townes, Vistas, Section 3 (Luxury town home rentals) and the residents along Flatford. The Masters Association is responsible for trash collection, the pool, Streetlamps on Parkway Blvd. and NorthHampton, maintenance and repairs of Masters common areas (soccer and baseball fields, water fountain, front gate area, and tot-lot by the pool).
Sub-associations are responsible for areas within their defined sub-association area. Your dues pay for the HOA dues within both associations (except for the Greens which pay dues for each association seperately) and while the Master dues are the same for everyone, sub-association dues will vary based on the needs of their individual association. All associations hold meetings on a monthly basis that homeowners are encouraged to attend. Contact the management company for an up-to date schedule.
